Green Building / LEED Certified

For aging homeowners yearning to live safely and comfortably at home, Architectural Design & Construction’s (ADC) Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) can help you to make the needed modifications. CAPS are home remodelers and Design-Build professionals that are knowledgeable about aging in place home modifications, and can suggest ways to modify or remodel your home that will fit your needs and budget.
At ADC, we work with our clients to make their homes more “visitable” while incorporating elements of style that will enhance your quality of life. These modifications may include additional task lighting, grab bars, curb less showers, and other home upgrades that will help you live safely, independently and comfortably.
