This position is for ADC's Senior Project Designer will be responsible for project management, design oversight, and construction coordination. They will create project schedules, manage client expectations, and supervise junior designers. The role involves overseeing and approving design documents, collaborating with the design team, and resolving construction-related issues. Additionally, the position includes business development, client relations, employee recruitment, and general office duties.
The ADC Office Manager position requires an employee who thrives in a creative, challenging, ever-changing environment; and possesses a keen ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize. Must be a self-starter with high integrity, basic accounting skills and enthusiasm for Architectural Design & Construction, Inc. Must possess strong information technology skills, communication skills, leadership abilities and a natural customer service inclination.

The Construction Project Manager position will have the opportunity to work in the design and construction process on residential, light commercial, and institutional projects.
The Construction Project Manager is responsible to build ADC projects according to the highest quality standards, on-schedule, on-or-below budget, with an acceptable profit margin; and ensure that the client becomes a “Raving Fan” of ADC.
The Architectural Project Designer / Interior Specialist is responsible to work with the client and interior designer, as applicable, throughout the design and construction process to obtain selection decisions on schedule and within budget; and to manage the client’s expectations regarding selections, quality and selection allowances.
